Cobra intake question and more......

Do you need a throttle body spacer with this intake, I thought I read somewhere that you may not, perhaps a Summit catalog or something. Let me know, because then it would be a very good option for me..Thanks in advance.And while I am on the subject, With the Cobra intake, a new 65 MM throttle body would the gt-40's work well with this combo? Sorry so long.
