Unhappy need help on '88 mustang

I have a 1988 Mustang with 70,000 original miles. Last month it would not start, and three trips later to the shop it still won't run. We have replaced:
* Fuel pump, fuel relay, inertia swith, o2 sensor, all new spark plugs, cleaned injectors, new battery. Basically everything with the fuel system has been replaced. We are starting to think it might be electrical or with the computer. The fuel pump is working and we have power everywhere, but so far no gas is getting through. So far I am out about 400.00 dollars with no results!! PLEASE HELP!

Cool

Spark, do you have spark. Is the rotor turning while you spin the motor. Have you changed anything prior to it not starting. Is the fuel good, no water? Are the injectors pulsing?

I have spark and the rotor is turning. The car was just filled up with premium gas before it died again( it runs for a few days, then wont start)

You said fuel wasn't getting through. After you turn it over, pull a few plugs and let me know what they look like.

Yes we have spark(we replaces all 8 spark plugs) The fuel pump does start up when turned on, but the problem I had just before it died again was that the pump would not shut off after the car was turned off. It would stay on for on extra 30-40 minutes.
I was told from a friend that the computer probally needs replaced.....
