Post 100,000

My car rolled over the 100,000 mile mark last night. I have recently replaced the alternator due to it siezing and causing a small fire (as some of you may have read in an earier post of mine). I have also replaced the front struts and all 4 tires in the past few months. It's my daily driver and a former owner of the car had a nitrous system on the car. Is there anything special I should watch out for after passing 100,000 miles?
