![]() I do a lot of highway driving and my car has 137,000 miles. I hve to put a quart of oil in every week and a half to two weeks. The average speed on the highway here is 70 to 75 mph. That puts me at about 2100 to 2300 rpms. And last of all I drive a 70 mile round trip to work and back. My question is how much is to much when it comes to cruzing on the highway in regards rpms.
