Track Heats have an upgraded valve and spring package. The regular TW have a 4.960 long valve and I think the TH are a 5.160" long valve. The TH also have a stiffer spring package capable of higher cam lifts.

The track heats are basicly the same aluminum head they have been making for over ten years with inline valves and the TW's are a semi canted valve head the reason i say semi canted is because they aren't a tru canted valve but the have rotated the valves just enough to fit the 2.02 1.64 arrangement and not hit the stock pistons like most inlines and teh slight rotation also help shorten the runners helping them flow better then an an equivilent size port head.
