![]() I just got back from the track tonight and I'm a little disappointed with my times. The following run is with all mods in sig except for underdrives. I am also running the stock fuel system but I have an adjustable FPR set to 42 psi, and timing was at 18* BTDC. (I actually picked up 1 tenth with upping the timing from 16* to 18*)
R/T....674 60'....2.146 330...5.788 1/8....8.816 MPH...81.11 1000..11.428 1/4.....13.632 MPH....102.24 My 60' still sucked, but wheel spin was not that bad. I think my AOD is contributing to my poor 60' times, or I'm not launching it hard enough. Should I be running a higher fuel pressure? I ran some #'s though an analyzer and it says with the stock fuel system I should be running 51 psi, does that sound right? I'm heading back next week to race again, and I'm hoping after a little more tweaking I can pull a low 13 sec time. Any help here would be much appreciated!! -Craig
