last time i ask

ive posted this problem about three times already and thanks for the help so far. But nothing has worked. My problem is that my car surges and backfires, doesnt want to idle, and occassionally doesnt react when i push the gas. Heres the list of the things ive already replaced, and i had diagnostics already done

-EGR Valve
-TPS
-IAC
-Two temp. sensors, one next to the distr. the other under the upper intake
-Fuel pressure regulator
-fuel filter
-fuel pump
-new distributor
-spark plugs, wires, distr. cap
-clutch neutral safety switch
-no vacuum leaks
-timing is fine
-cleaned maf, tb, intake manifold
-ignition coil

Thats almost $700 just in parts that i have wasted on this car. Ive thought about just selling it but before this problem the car was in mint condition with a rebuilt motor that had about 16, 000 miles on it. With the car originally in such good condition, and after i spent soooo much time and money on it i dont want to sell it i just want to fix the problem. Im looking into the MAF but doubt that it is the problem. The problem is worse when the car is cold, but now is doing it all of the time. Thanks for any help guys. I love the car and would hate to see it go.
