![]() I got a hold of a 1987 Bronco 5.0L motor. It uses the same E7TE heads, but the block is also an E7TE instead of an E7ZE like the Mustang. The firing order is different than the H.O. as you all probably already know. My question is, what other differences are there in this motor as opposed to a H.O.? If I were to bolt on a H.O. intake system and a new cam are they the same? I heard that the H.O. motors had forged rods for some years? Is this true? And would anyone know if this also applied to the truck 5.0's? Thanks for any help!!
