Car shuts off

Help!! I have a 95 V6, When I drive for more than an hour in the summer with the air condition on my car will just shut off. The engine dosn't get warm, most of the time when this does happen the air condtitioning is on. It dosn't matter wheather I am going 70 mph or at a stop light, It all of a sudden just shuts off, then will not start for an hour and a half or so.

Sounds like an ignition module to me.
