Too much

Go to AutoZone, O'Rileys, NAPA, etc and you get get a brand new 3-core radiator for $150 or less. I know they have them for $147 at Advance Auto Parts because I work there. They have a life time warrenty too.

Just look up your car and get the Max cool radaitor.

Josh is right on. around here, IIRC, Pep sells a Modine, and AZ sells a GDI (Go Dan). both are good radiators IMHO. both are LLT. im not familiar with the Max Cool, but if Josh says it is good....:-)
good luck with your coolin issues.

Max cool isn't a brand name. That's what the computer calls the it. There is a stadard one, which is a 2 core. And then there is a max cool, which is a 3-core.

Josh, thanks for the clarification. ive been around for a little while, but had not heard of that brand.....now it makes sense.

GT, that sounds good. you could try calling Pep (if there is one near you) if you want, as they also have one that is cheap (someone got one for 135 bucks - a 3 core HD unit).

also some folks have had luck getting them for under 130 w/o shipping from internet vendors etc. i personally like getting one in town, so that i can swap it in easily if need be. plus no shipping cost.

but your deal sounds good to me.....
if i did not mention it (or Josh or someone else did not), you might need to massage the mounts a smidge, but that is no biggie. pretty much plug and play.
good luck and enjoy.

I just took the rubber inserts out of my upper mounts. Seems to be working fine.

Call somewhere else, AutoZone is high. Try NAPA, Advance, or O'Rileys
