I am trying to get my H-pipe out, and I can't get the air tube connection off of the pipe. Its kinda rusted on there. How can i get it off?

Try using some PB BLASTER penetrating oil. This is the best stuff ever invented(next to a torch)for rusted fittings.

Take a standard screwdriver and place the tip on the joint where the it connects to the h-pipe and tap it off with a hammer.
