Default New track times...still not happy...need help for 12's

Just back from the track today. I ran a 13.400@102.29
The last time I raced, I went from a 13.47@104 to a dismal 13.8@100.2 mph. Apparently, it did not like the 750 and performer intake combo(13.8@100.2). This time I had the weiand stealth and 750vs and ran the 13.400@102.29.
So, I'm back to where I started but only a tad bit better than when I had the 600 carter and performer intake(13.47@104mph). My MPH is still 2mph down and my E.T is .07 better. I tried different spring advances in the dizzy and it seems to like the factory setting best.
I don't have the parts to fine tune the Holley so everything on that is factory settings except I have the lightest secondary spring in. My timing is set at 34* (24* mechanical and 10* initial). More initial and it gets hard to start up.
At this point, I'm assuming my 2400 stall converter is killing my 60' times.
I'm looking to crack the 12's but seem to be stuck in the 13'4's. What do I need to get the last 4 or 5 tenths I need?
