![]() Awhile back i had cut a wire that gave electric to the fuel pump in my tank because i had changed to carb and it was too powerful. I need to hook that pump back up and i can't find the wire. Does anyone know where the electric wire is that runs the pump in the tank? I think it was in the rear, but i looked all over and can't find it. please help. thanks

![]() The reason why you had too much pressure at the carb. was because you need a fuel pressure regulator if you're going to use the pump in the tank.
That electric pump puts out 38lbs of pressure and a carb. can only use about 7lbs. before needing a regulator. Install a regulator and you'll be fine.
