i just wanna know why noe of you use the chat room, and why no one has replied to my question????
you are ford people, you should know this stuff, unfortunately, i have no electrical experience, or id just fix the problem myself

It is not generally populated by auto electrical experts standing around waiting to obey your demand for a solution to your specific electrical problem. Get real.
