My next project.....Opinions?

I am going to pick up a 90 Notch 4 cylinder at the end of this week. This is what I have been thinking about, FORD 514 crate motor, auto, ford 9 inch with all the good stuff, and all the trick interior, etc...What do you think it would take to get into the 9's? On the 514(600+) crate motor, it says great for 8.99-9.99 bracket racing? What about 514+Nitrous? And also how much hp would some aluminum AFR heads add?
