roller rocker help

i have the below combination and just hit the 200 mile mark with my new engine which by the way is kick *** !! i have one question my mechanic is going to adjust the roller rockers on sunday and i am going to help lol try to anyway but where should i adjust these rockers to he was saying 0 degrees but that sounds kinda weird but i am not a mechanic so i dont really know i was wondering if someone could tell me what they thought the engine is the below combo with omega 1.6 aluminum adjustable rockers thanx for any help
