Valve covers and breathers

I'm about to buy a set of black crinkled aluminum valve covers which takes twist-on breathers. The breathers I want are puch-in. Is there any way these two can work together?

the punch in's will work, but the grommet that holds it in the valve coves will get worn down if removed too often.
