Default AOD to TKO crossmember

I'm planning on swapping from AOD to Tremec TKO or 3550 next summer. Can I use the same crossmember? Would I have to relocate it?

The AOD cross member will work with the tremecs with no problems.

The Tremec TKO crossmember is offset more rearward...

You can take a stock crossmember, and grind off the welds for the
mount, and slide the main cross back, then reweld the mounts. In a word, it WILL fit, just needs mods.

The aod crossmember will bolt right up. The t5 crossmember has to be fixed. I did both swaps myself.

So I won't even have to move the crossmember?

If you have the aod in there now the crosmember will bolt up to the tremec. Even if you had the t5, all you have to do is grind off a few spot welds and slide it back.
