Down here in S FL to go to my granny's funeral and had a few spare moments on my hands and decided to fill my n2o bottle. Met a guy named John who was filling his as well. We started talking and he is a member here..He also is friends with lxmike. So we are all going to hook up sat nite and see what type of trouble we can stir up. I don't have my slicks so I will see if i caneven do anything. Might loose a lot do to n tractin. But hey it is all fun.

Nitrous is not illegal in the United States if you just hae it hooked up in your car. Now if you use it on the highway, yes then it is illegal but who is going to know?

Default NO2 in the USA

this is what NOS site says I am not sure maybe a state Passed a New law but here you go.

50-STATE SMOG LEGAL
NOS engineers have developed key systems for the 5.0 Mustang that are 50-state emissions-legal, including both 75 and 150 horsepower versions. They are covered under C.A.R.B. Executive Order #D-266. Retrofit kits to upgrade existing systems are also available. See page 35 for additional details.

Some systems not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles in the United States.
