![]() I found out tonight that my card balance, which was at $16.74 incurred a $1.00 minimum finance charge because my $0.00 minimum payment back in November was a couple days late being applied (yeah right, it was sent with plenty of time). Then the (*&)(&* charged me 2 $10 late fees in a row on that $1 finance charge.
They send me e-bills to my USPS E-bill pay account and they don't send me paper ones. I haven't been paying via billpay for a bit as I was having trouble loading the page when I switched to dial up. I wasn't that concerned because I had a fricken $0.00 balance!!! They told me tonight that they wouldn't credit one of the late fee's or the $1 charge back onto my account. I was in the stinkin store trying to buy $170 of tools not a month ago. It didn't go through (now I know why), but the jerks there couldn't tell me anything at all!!! I tried to see if I could make a payment, but their system wouldn't even tell them my minimum payment amount! I was livid, ripping customer service jerks up over the phone left and right! I had one charge removed and told them to shut the account down NOW! I will never, ever, ever buy from them again. There are 2 other places that I have made that promise with. The Perkins in Anoka, MN, and the Burger King in Brooklyn Park (which folded). They were both over 3 years ago, and I haven't been there since, nor will I ever go there again. Don't buy from Sears. Why would you want to support a company that has the customer service qualities of Excessive Motorsports? |
