![]() Hi all,
don't shoot Iam partial to GM stuff but there are two Fords I have owned and love. 1931 Model A coupe and 1966 Mustang Coupe. I still have the 66, its a long story but I just bought it back after five years Rescued on THE day it was headed to the junk yard! eight years ago this car was project between an old girl friend it was very rusty floors etc, We brought it back to life and I drove it for three years (engine is 69 302 and RUG 4spd), during an exceptionally cold winter (Molly as she is called) would not not start in the cold, and became the source of many arguments with a new girlfriend, well she's gone car is back, so I want to put her back nearly original, I'm going to keep the 302. so i need help decoding vin# 6F07C703405, i don't think the driver door is original so the codes there are wrong for car but here they are anyway 65A Y 22 08G 13 6 6. car was originally mightmist blue, under 4 colors! by the way the "missingpony" comes from the fact that the one in the grille is gone...i just tell people the car went so fast the pony got scared and ran away. Long winded but good story Thanks for any help inadvance Scott |
