Default Bringing-up the gas pedal

I saw an article once on how to take-up the slack in the throttle so that the gas pedal is even with the brake and clutch pedals- making for easier heel-to-toe shifts. Anyone know where I can get some tech on this?

mustangworld.com has a tech article on this, they did it on there 4.6 though. I cant see how it would be much different thought, try this link http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/99pedals.htm
