![]() Should the blower motor for the a/c drop the voltmeter down alot when on full blast? With the a/c on and the fan on high, it drops the voltage down to below 12 and that is with the 3G alt.

![]() I don't have a 3G alternator, but rather the stocker. I do have the March billet underdrive pulleys. At idle, with head lights on, and fan motor blowing at full blast, my voltage meter drops and the head lights dim. However, as soon as I get moving (i.e. over 1,000 rpms) the problem goes away.
As long as you're not idling for an extended period you should be alright. Hope this helps. E

![]() Thanks I was wondering because even when I am moving the voltage meter seems low with everything on. Just seems that even with the 3G the charging system is inadequate, and/or I have a problem with the blower motor.
