Question ??? about 351W heads on a 302

Well a friend of mine is looking for a cheap set of heads that will make his car a faster street car. I know of another friend that is getting rid off a set of 351W heads (1978 i believe?) And i told him maybe this would be a good idea to get these heads, he is almost giving them away! But i thought with a little work done to them they would be good for his set up. right now he just has the stock 302 heads (e7te) I am not to sure of what the flow numbers are on the 351 heads?? or if he would be better off dumping some money into his stock 302 heads???, but if anyone has done this before or really think this would be a good choice then please chime in any info good or bad about the 351 heads would be greatly appreciated

thanks
