Talking 392w

I was planning on doing the 392 thing to my comet motor this winter and was wondering if these any pros or cons to this?
I like the 392 because of the ablity to use stock length con rods and easy to find 302 pistons. I am planning on about 9:1, aftermarket rods, and lots rpm, well, like 7500 or so. I already have world sr heads, vic jr, and a big roller cam for it. I also have the gear and the 5000 stall,as this would need as well.
