![]() I have it in my auto and it passes emissions with no problem. As far as liking it? Well, I'm not satisfied, not the best cam. I'm not fond of the low vacuum pressure and idle surge associated with it.
Also if you plan on running the e-cam in a auto a stall converter matched to the power band of the cam would be a good idea. If not you will get some bucking in the low rpms.

![]() i used to run it, had the good ol' e cam surge, and low vaccum. i have the anderson ford motorsport b-31 cam and it idles and runs PERFECT! some people dont like them and say that they are just REgrinds but, i now swear by them. i would call afm 1-217-935-2384. ask them what cam would be best for your combo, if not them call comp cams or lunati. ect.... good luck!

![]() Well, we've been talking to the machine shop guy, who helped my dad build his engine, 10-12 years ago. He agree'd that it was a good cam to run, along with being emissions legal.

![]() some of the older guys swear by those things, but i dont see why, (i may have just started an argument) just as HIGHFLOW5.0 said that was when there was a limited aftermarket and those were the only cams that EVERYONE was running. SO GO AHEAD, TRY SOMETHING NEW, C'MON MAN EVERYONES DOIN IT

![]() Well Mine has great power from low rpm, and dies off quickly around 5500rpm now 5700 w/ 1.7 rockers.
I fought idle problems for a long time, but I dont have them anymore. Not sure if it was the cam or not. Overall Im happy with it for a cheap cam. Skyler
