Default spoiler lights

i have a 2000 mustang convertible. won't pass inspection b/c the spoiler lights are not functioning. can someone give me some info on getting this fixed or replaced? thanks.

Hey there: I am thinking; that if it is a 2000, it should be covered under the warranty. Take it back to the dealership.
