![]() been a LONG time since having the chance to drag race the stang (6-7 months)
As part of a festival this weekend, the local airport is holding drags tomorrow (just an 1/8 mile track, never run on one of those, but anything is fine with me at this point) Did a tune today, cleaned her up, filled the nitrous bottle, and set the N2O jets to 75 HP (usually at 150 HP but my secondary fuel pump crapped out on me a little while back..oh well) The kids in this town drive nothing but civics with big *** wings...heheh..can't wait to show em what a bottle fed pony can do! |

![]() Give those imports hell, Ed. The 1/8 mile will probably seem real short, and actually maybe even give those imports a better chance since they don't have enough power to spin the tires. As long as you have traction you'll kick *** though!

![]() 6-7 months. It's been about that long for me too. I never done the 8th mile b4 either. That'd be fun to swap out my rear end with a one with something like 4.56s or 5.xx to feel what it's like at the 1/8 mile.
Do you even get to use your bottle that much in that short of a race?
