Default Disc Brake Advice

I am thinking about converting to disc brakes using the Wilwood kits available. After the brakes I want to use a set of Cragar ss 15" wheels, 7" in the front and 8" in the rear. Have any of you had any experience with the Wilwood kits. If you have the Wilwood brakes did a 15" wheel fit or did you go to a 16" wheel.
