Post Fuel rail question

I'm rebuilding everything around the vicinity of my lower intake due to a small fire under the hood. The stock fuel rail the got burned only ruined the front hose that connects the two rails (the rubber hose that goes across in front, in front of the distributor). Can I just replace the burnt hose or do I have to get a whole new fuel rail setup? I have another stock replacement but one of the metal hoses were broken off. I've tried to take this rubber/plastic hose off but its on there really good. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Leo
