What is an 87-93 Junk GT worth?

im not sure exactly what year it is but i was told the only thing wrong with it was it caught fire under the dash and melted it.
i drove by and checked it out tonight after work but it was to dark to tell much but it has a decent looking set of Weld Drag lites on it and plenty other descent looking body parts and the rearend was there. I dont know if it is manual or automatic. looks like the complete exhaust in still there. I'm only in it for parts to do a swap so Im not wanting to make that car run or anything. I was told that dude wants $700 so he can go buy some drugs or something. This is the same guy that traded a 94 GT with a recent rebuild for an 8 ball of cocaine. Do you think its worth trying to buy?????
