Default 67 Mustang Timing help

Hey everyone. I've got a 67 Mustang with a rebuilt 302 bored .060 over. It has a holly 600 CFM carb, a Holly Street dominator single plain intake, stock heads, Hooker Long tube headers and a c-4 behind it all. I have a MSD 5 box MSD Blaster coil, new plugs, wires and, re-man distibutor. I can't get the timing right for the thing to start and I've tried everything I can think of. I've reset the points with a feeler and set the static timing every way I can think of. please help me and ask if you need any more info.
