Post cherping noise

when I am driving my car I hear a chirping noise comming from the clutch, when the clutch is in the noise stops, what is causing it and how can i fix it?
p.s.
the clutch is only a year old

You have a bad through-out barring.
It needs to be replaced and you have to pull the transmission to do it.

thanks for the help, does the berring need to be done right away or can it wait another month or two untill the ol'girl goes into storage?

You will probably be fine for now, I ran around with the same problem for about 6 months before mine came apart in my last car.
