Post 2.3 to 2.3T eec-iv wiring

I am using a 1988 turbo coupe engine with a standard transmission to put in my 1990 lx mustang that has a automatic trans. What wires from the thunderbird do i need to put in my car. Please describe in detail what abreviations mean(ie. bcs=?) and a brief description of where to find it and what it looks like. Do I need an auto eec-iv from a Turbo Coupe or can I use the manual one I already have? Thanks in advance.
