![]() Hi! We have a fairly new (to us) 1965 Fastback and would like to know if anyone has any advice on good alarms for cars without powerlock doors or about installing a quality stereo with a CD player?? Thanks!

![]() Welcome to the Mustangworks!
I don't know about car alarms but custom autosound makes radio's that fit in the dash and hook up to cd changers. Have Fun, -JON |

![]() I have a 64 1/2 coupe. I had a 12"Kicker. in the trunk, a MTX amp under the backseat, a Panasonic CD player in the glovebox(not my first choice of location but you're limited if you don't want to cut the dash) and some Alpine 6x9's. I also had a Viper alarm w/Keyless entry. I don't know if your doorlocks are as stiff as mine but because they were so stiff, they kept burning out the silenoids so make sure you get some heavy duty ones. This has been a very good setup except for the fact that my exhaust tends to drown out the musid during acceleration
