Maf????????
I think I've determined that my MAF is faulty. (not %100 sure though)
The dealer wants over $300 for a genuine Ford reman MAF and so does fordpartsnetwork.com. The local auto parts dealers sell remans in the $75 to $90 range. With a stock intake ('89 LX-5.0L), what is my best option for buying an MAF? Or are there any other choices out there other than the Ford dealer and the parts stores? Thanks in advance, Phil |

I just bought 2 stock mass air meters for 12 bux each off of ebay. They are not new but they work just fine.

you can get one from ebay for cheaper but obviously it could be crappy too, autozone and such has stock units for about 90 bucks, I would get a 70MM pro-m or granettelli mass air with just because the stock MAF is the #1 bottle neck in your Intake trac. So for a little bit more you might get a few more HP out of your motor. Plus they look cool too.
