Default spark gap and how to get back on the road

hey just a couple qs about some things what should the spark plug gapping be for my 96 gt? it has 100 shot wet nitrous, and some other questions? i jsut rebuilt whole thing put new heads and all and just wondering good way to get coolant and oil circulated before starting it up for the first time? please write back asap thanks!

well ...this would be just a guess but i would say gap at 30 and get plugs 1 heat range colder
