Please help me value this one of a kind!

Hi I am brand new to the board and confess I am trying to help an old friend. He has a special 1995 mustang called the Callahan Quarterhorse. It was one of 4 built for Callahan Ford In indiana By Kenny brown. It is my understanding he became the owner of one, One was totalled, another was wrecked and fixed. This one was purchased new by my friend and has NEVER been wrecked, painted, etc. Below is this list of modifications. Some were done as part of the package. Everything else was done at Kenny browns performance in Indianapolis Indiana.The car has been taken Immaculate care of and always garaged etc. It has a few hood chips that have been touched in and one small scratch on the right 1/4 panel. It has always been maintained etc. It only has 12,000 miles on it!

My question,

How do I begin to put a value on it and where might I get the best selling price? (i.e. ebay,message board,dupont registry,autotrader?)Jim is moving to a new home and no longer has the time to spend on his pride and joy. I want to get him a good fair price and he is not sure where to start. sale price was about $29,000 and the added work I was told today would probably cost $15-18K
