Default Pulley Question

I've got the 3.73, muffler removal, K&N, race tires and am in the process of getting the short shifter.

One thing I wasn't sure about ... Pulleys.

Do these thing really help with HP?
Did anyone dyno this or notice any acceleration gain?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I never dynoed with just pulleys, but there was a small noticeable gain... maybe 3-5 rwhp gain...

When I just had the mufflers and the K&N, if I floored it in the GT, I would peel out a bit, and then go. After just the steeda pulleys, I would get sideways off the line, and chirp second gear everytime! So, yes, I definitely did notice a difference!

I put BBK pullies on my 99 and saw some nice improvements in HP...no dyno, but there's definitely a difference in power.
