Sorry for the dumb question..but i just bought my first mustang 94 GT manual..I noticed the tranny was leaking slightly..I wanna no how to check the fluid and top it off until i get the time to replace the seal...sorry i laid under there and couldnt figure it out...also i get alot of vibratin in the shifter in 4th and 5th over 70mph..any ideas on that..it has a aftermarket shifter....thanks

as far as your vibration goes the first thing i would do is change the U-joints and make sure the 4 12mm bolts that hold the shaft to the rear are loc tighted and tight. If that doesnt fix it get the tires balanced. Later,

sorry man..last stupid question...but why automatic fluid...not doubting you just trying to learn a little...when i took it to the lube shop they didnt know what fluid to use and told me the fill plug is a rubber groment with a sensor and i had to take it to the dealer to have it checked..thanks again bro for all the help
