Tinting
Ok I see a lot of people not liking tint on stangs they think it makes it look like rice!!??!!! How come?? I can understand a classic car, but I like it on classic too if I am not going all orginal! Just wanted to know why you guys think tint is ricing out a ride!

I think it looks great tinted
I have a white 88 GT and have limo tint on the rear quarter panels, as well as the entire hatchback glass.
I think it looks like "rice" when people start putting different color tint to make the appearance of flames. I'm not sure if it is different color tint, but over here in CA, I see this a lot on newer mustangs. I personally think that makes it look horrible, but just normal tint is fine IMO. Keith |

Is it legal in Ca to have the front side windows tinted? And if so, do you no how dark?

wow this thread was dug up from the boneyard...lol...i have tint on my car now...heh...5% on the back window and 1/4s and about 10-15% on the side windows...looks incredble....really sharpened up the car...
