Default tire blow out....

it was bad weather last night and i cliped a pointy curb last night and i thought i just broke the bead...but i got the car home on one of my old pony wheels and today i found out it has a hole in the side wall...these tires probubly dont even have 100 miles on them...

should i call them and say something or should i just buy a new one? you would think a tire like that could handle more abbuse then that..the front tires i have are Yokohama AVID T4's

The sidewalls really don't have much beef to them. I rubbed a curb once and busted the sidewall too. If you got road hazzard warranty with the tires, it should be covered. If not, try your car insurance company.

I ran over a bunch of roofing nails when my car had about 500 miles on it, and Allstate paid for the three ruined tires.

I'd say call. They should be covered I would think. Do you have any road hazard or anything. I know there is some tires with high speed ratings that don't come with a warranty but either way you should try to get them to replace it.

Good Luck, James
