Just too far
Now Riceracers have just gone too far!
I think that this was a 1967 fastback before the "EXTRA" lame conversion. http://www.imagestation.com/album/?i...4352187&idx=78

Looks more like a 69, and someone needs to be shot.

Makes me sick every time I see it. If you can stomach opening it again, take a look at the black SN body with the messed up doors in the background. If that is a real Saleen, that guy needs to get shot too.

I've seen this pic before. It was probably 2 months back or so. As far as the Saleen in the background, there's a company on the West Coast that makes gull wing conversions like that. I saw a Saleen much like that one in MM&FF that had the conversion.

1. The wing. Enough said. 2. The lame *** body lowering kit. A '69 Mustang should not have a body kit like this unless it is a road race car that has a specifically designed kit for better aerodynamics. And that would even be pushing it. All you really need is a front chin spoiler. That keeps the air from going underneath the car, decreases drag, and improves high speed handling. Oh yeah, and these chin spoilers came ORIGINAL on some Mustangs in '69, BEFORE RICE! 3. The 4" (or larger) exhaust tips. If that's not rice, I don't know what is. 4. The (what looks to be a 3"...) cowl induction hood with a '69 Mach 1 hood scoop mounted ON TOP of it. Seriously, WTF is up with that? That's gotta look retarded from the front. 5. The amount of roof they chopped off. A '69 Fastback/Mach 1 is one of the highest sought after Mustang ever created, and these dumbasses butchered it up thinking they're cool. 6. Caused by #5, the extreme rake of the windshield. What is the overall height of that thing, 6-8"? How the hell are you supposed to SAFELY drive a car like that? How the hell could you see out of the damn thing!?!? Those six reasons are why this car is officially RICE! |

I forgot to add:
7. The "dubs" or 20-inch wheels on there with tires with a profile of about 3/4". Here's the front view of the Mustang. |

o the horror. I hate this guy soo much. I remeber when it was posted last time I almost had a heart attack. If you have ever had the pleasure of drving a 69fastback you would know that this is the most horrible thing you could ever do to one. I personaly thing they are the best looking cars ford has ever made and to do this to it is a sin. Enough said.

Not to be a jerk, but I think those doors are called scissor type doors. Gullwings are like the delorean and the mercedes gullwing.
