Default rear control arms

i got my upper and lower control arms today and i was wondering if someone can give me tips and pointers on how to switch them out.

i also got some sub frame connectors i don't have a welder so i have to go get them put in.

Borla mufflers to dump off
Auburn 28 spline rear diff.
K&N conical filter
C&L 76mm elbow
BBK 75mm throttle body
MSD distributer
Edelbrock performer RPM II

Install the sub frames first. While the welder is there, inspect the torque box area. He can weld all of this for you in a matter of minutes and save you a lot of trouble down the road. Remove the back seat and check all of the spot welds to see if they are broken out. Have him weld inside and out. The control arms, piece of cake. Just get to it and it will come naturally.
