![]() FRPP gears generally aren't marked with a pinion depth. Simply use the same shim that was underneath the pinion bearing of your old gears.

![]() For a 98 with a T-45, yes, the speedo gear is the way to go.
This should help you to find the correct piece: http://www.performanceparts.ford.com...charts/142.pdf

![]() Did you not look in the chart I attached?
What size tires are you running on the car?

http://www.steeda.ca/catalogue_product_1238.asp Unfortunately, it will still be off with 4.10s.....

![]() hammer, i did the calculation per the link you attached. i've got a 8 tooth, 3.73 ratio, and whether i have 800 or 815 (don't know exact) tire revolutions formula says i need a 24 tooth gear. do they make such a thing. i've got 275/40-17's on 17x9" rims on a t-45 equipped 96 gt which had a 3.27 stock, not 3.08's like other GT's of that year (it's a GTS). speedo feels about 8-10 mph off. what do you suggest?

![]() Two options:
1. Get the 23 tooth gear and get pretty close (That's what I used with my 98 and 3.73s) or 2. Call Dallas Mustang and ask if they make a speed-cal for your application: http://www.dallasmustang.com/page/pr...p?product=9910
