Post What will a intake and these mods do for my 5.0

I'm getting a polished lower edelbrock performer intake and regular upper performer edelbrock intake. Also a mac throttle bodie 70mm and 76mm C&L maf sensor and underdrive pullies.I have 3:55 gears in rear, stock aod,K&N air filtercharger,190lph fuelpump, paxton Fuel pressure regulator,8mm wires, racecraft springs,G-Load brace,Strut tower brace. I was wondering what will i run in the 1/4 mile with this and will those other mods make a difference. It's also a GT.

Skip the MAF, T/B, Intake and get yourself a converter and a shift kit.

They'll help you way more, and they'll cost about the same, and the shift kit will help keep your tranny together.

Cool

I agree.....get a stall converter first.....and weld on subframe connectors (necessary mod for every Stang). Also, before I did anything w/ the intake I'd ditch the stock heads (VERY restrictive)!
