Unhappy New Exhaust/Pipes

I have a 93 2.3L mustang coupe and want to put new exhaust on it. Will the Dinomax 2 1/4" cat-back system work? I want the exhaust to sound louder (but I know it won't sound like a 5.0) so would that do the trick? I also want a Y pipe. Any suggestions??? And would I be able to put the new exhaust on by myself?? or do I have to take it in to a shop?? thanks a lot for the help! One more thing...
what plates should I get?
LXTASY 1
LILPNY 1
23LPNY 1(I'd put a dot between 2 and 3)
BLKPNY 1 (black car)

Wink

You'll need an exhaust shop to fabricate the system for you as the 2.3 has only the single exhaust pipe from the engine.
You need a Y-pipe fabricated.
The Walker DynoMax system should fit but you'll need to install the correct hangers which are easily available.
This kind of exhaust work requires welding and takes time so it's best done on a lift.
It would be cheaper and easier to just try a 2-chamber muffler on your single-exhaust system and see how that sounds.

LXTASY 1 for the license plate.
