I went to Baton Rouge today, 3000rpms 56miles 1 way. On the way home, 8 miles from home a lifter started tapping. Right away I noticed that the motor was rough, and down on power. I limped home, good oil press, temp fine. When I got home I figured it to be plug wires. It would bairly shoot fire from four of them, and the pluggs looked like crap. I went to morgan city in the cougar and got new accel cap rotor and wires and a fresh set of platinums and a oil change. The tune up really helped but I still had a pop in the exhast and it reved rough, took a little spin and it was not right. Me and the wife and my daughter went for desert at the resturant, I was not good company. Got home at dark and I could not stand it any longer. I found a broken rocker arm. Thank GOD, I will sleep better tonight, tommorrow I will get the bucket with the rollers out of the shed. Thank you GOD.

I fixed it today, every thing else looked good. Rather than take the time to install the roller rockers I just put a nother stock one on it. But I did take the time to install the supercharger. I will get a belt during the week. It went well. I have a few issuse, but I'll take care of them. I even put the slicks on late this evening and went spray a camaro that kept passing and reving and making noise.
