rerplacing weatherstripping in sunroof

my 90 has the original weatherstripping around the sunroof. anyone replaced this? any pitfalls to look out for? thanks.

The weatherstrip around the roof opening is a one piece that just pushed on the body rail (5 minute job). The one around the glass takes more time because of removing the old piece because it breaks up into a million little pieces when rotted.
