put a new fuel filter on and now mu pressure is low and when i give it gas it boggs out and i can only feather it i need help thanks

Out of curiosity, you have the flow going the right way on the filter?

well i was thinking the same thing i am sure i have it right the flow comes from the tank towards the front right?

Yes that correct, the arrow should point towards the engine.
Did you do anything else to the car other then change the filter??
